Michael A. Marciano was born in Providence, Rhode Island. Michael has practiced with insurance defense firms (but the firm did not hold that against him) in both Boston and Providence, before joining Kaplan & Associates in the spring of 2005. He has extensive litigation experience in areas such as DUI defense, commercial collection, business to business disputes, personal injury, residential and commercial evictions. His past work for the insurance companies offers a unique perspective for approaching the issues that emerge in the litigation process.
Michael has a B.A., cum laude from Boston College. He earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School and is currently admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Michael is a member of the Rhode Island, Massachusetts and American Bar Associations, and an original member of the Synergy Partners chapter of Business Network International.
