Arthur I. Fixler, of counsel to the firm, was born in the Bronx, New York. He has more than forty years experience in Federal and State tax law, Estate Planning and Elder Law. He has represented companies and individuals before Federal, State and City authorities.

Mr. Fixler has a B.S. from New York University and a J.D. from New York University School of Law. He is currently admitted to practice in New York and Rhode Island. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Claims, United States District Court of Rhode Island and the United States Tax Court. He is and has been an officer and board member of numerous community organizations. He also lectures extensively in the areas of Taxation, Estate Planning and Elder Law.
